Laagr™ was a concept-driven project aimed at redefining outdoor luxury through an immersive platform for premium RV and glamping enthusiasts. I helped translate a high-level vision into a structured product concept—merging rugged adventure with elevated aesthetics. From moodboards to mapped journeys, this project blended strategy, style, and storytelling to make outdoor getaways aspirational and accessible.

In October of 2021, the Laagr™ Concept Development Team conducted a series of design sprints to shape a digital experience platform that elevates the luxury RV and outdoor lodging market. The thesis at the time was that modern travelers are seeking deeper connection with nature—without sacrificing comfort, style, or technology. We developed a complete product concept, UX framework, and immersive interface prototype that reimagined outdoor hospitality as a seamless blend of exploration and elegance.
FRAMING THE PROBLEM
The Problem:
The outdoor travel space was split—either rustic and outdated or sterile and overly commercial. Laagr™ aimed to fill the gap by making premium outdoor stays feel intentional, soulful, and modern.

Information Architecture:
After determining core functionality we structured how value will be delivered in a sitemap diagram. This provided a solid foundation to begin prototyping the app.
